George Constant

Estate Planning Attorney George Constant’s law practice focuses on helping individuals and families enhance their lives today and secure their futures tomorrow. His considerable legal expertise includes family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based estate planning, as well as planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals. George holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Skidmore College, where years later he proudly served as a Director on the Alumni Board. Prior to starting his own practice, George was associated with a downtown Boston Trusts & Estates firm, where he represented high-net-worth families and their businesses. George has also served as a consultant to both local and internationally renowned charitable organizations seeking to advance their missions through charitable gift planning. George serves as an adjunct faculty member at Salem State College, teaching estate planning in the Graduate Certificate Program in Financial Planning. He is also a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families.

George enjoys educating his community and is a frequently requested lecturer for private industry, community groups and charitable organizations. His presentation topics include family wealth planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection of inheritances. In addition, George has been featured as an estate planning expert on financial radio programs. George has chosen to concentrate on the Trusts and Estates area because he is passionate about helping families and individuals ensure the proper stewardship of their legacies and create happy and secure futures.

Henry C. Weatherby

Hank joined Constant Law Group in 2010 as of counsel. He is an experienced estate planning attorney dedicated to serving the needs of closely-held businesses, including succession and exit planning as well as general business planning. Hank has a BS in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York, Albany and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Hank is Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), a designation granted by the International Association of Employee Benefit Specialists and the Wharton School of Business. Hank is the contributing editor of A Legal Guide for Connecticut Entrepreneurs, published by the CT Small Business Administration and has authored and co-authored articles on estate planning, pension administration issues, COBRA, Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Hank is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Wealth Counsel, the Hartford Business and Estate Planning Counsel, the Central Connecticut Estate Planning Counsel, and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He is a founder and past President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Institute of Pension Administrators and a former President of the Hartford Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Hank is a member of the Connecticut and Idaho Bar Associations and the Hartford County Bar Association. He is a member of the Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Taxation sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. Hank has developed and regularly conducts continuing education programs on estate, business and exit planning, as well as elder law in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. Hank also maintains a law practice in the Hartford, Connecticut area.

Elizabeth C. O'neil

Liz O’Neil joined Constant Law Group in Fall 2019. Currently in her fourth and final year of law school at New England Law, Liz went back to school to obtain a law degree to be able to counsel and support people through life’s ups and downs. Whether helping clients plan for their future, or guiding families through the aftermath of the death of a loved one, Liz is available to answer your questions and to listen to your concerns. While in law school, Liz interned at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, at a legal aid clinic and for a domestic relations attorney.

Liz has a Masters in Education (Ed.M) from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a major in Psychology from Swarthmore College. Before law school, Liz was the Director of Community Nursery School in Lexington, MA. A mother of four, her children are always heart center as she stays busy trying to keep up with their various pursuits.




McCullough Tirrell

Client Liaison

McCullough Tirrell joined Constant Law Group in Summer 2020 as the Client Liaison. She hopes to one day attend law school and is excited by the learning opportunities and experience that working for the firm offers. McCullough graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is currently in her first year of a Masters program where she anticipates getting her Master of Science in Economics. McCullough enjoys interacting with clients and is always ready to answer your call or return your email to get your questions answered.
